He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Baker and Mary Jane Minges Baker; and his brother Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann Smith Baker; his children, Daniel Michael (Shelli), Christopher (Christine), Victoria Reef (John), Richard Ervin (Michelle), Patrick (Lori) and Mathew (Kelly); his siblings, David Baker, Peggy DeWitt, Mary Copess, Sara White and Bonnie Carter; his sister-in-law Jean Smith; and his friends, Richard Sweet and Jim Murtha. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
