He is survived by: his father Douglas Perry; his friend Cody; his children, Addison "Shug", Colton and Hazelynn; his siblings, Corie, Brian and Cheyanne; his stepsiblings, Alyssia, Rusty, Joey and Kristen; his stepparents, Art and Lori; and his close friend Bobby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
