He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Mae Carter and John Grover Carter. He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Carter Jr. and Maurice Jefferson; and his brother Michael Carter. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wappner Funeral Directors (98 S Diamond St, Mansfield, OH 44902).
