She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis W. Powell; her parents, David Edgerton and Sarah Edgerton (Hagy); her in-laws, D. Wayne and Margaret Powell; and her brother-in-law Bob Elcess.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Hershner (Heath) and Leslie Garnsey (Matt); her granddaughters, Sadie and Haylee Hershner; her siblings, Michelle Egan and Scott Hagy (Chrissy); and her siblings-in-law, Sheila Elcess, Greg Powell and David Powell (Sheree).
