He is survived by: his wife Lori Atkins (Richards); his daughters, Tecca Puckett of Canal Winchester, Bethanie Atkins of Lexington and Allison Atkins of Lexington; his grandchildren, Avery Niswander (Zach Butler), Ashley Puckett (Josh Brown), Ethan Puckett, Emma Janssen, Max Pelfrey, Milo Pelfrey, Madi Utter and Charles Workman; his great grandchildren, Archie Janssen, Reece Brown and Bohen Butler; his siblings, Jane Atkins-Hicks and Luke Wheeler; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Atkins and Les Kanis. He is also survived by one Dad, and, in his grandchildren's eyes, the number-one Grandpa.
