He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bottorf and Edith Bottorf (Winner); his brothers, Phillip Bottorf (Lynn) and Raymond Bottorf (Becky); and his siblings-in-law, Diana Woodard (Tony), Jeffrey and Gary Woodard.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn E. Woodard; his daughters, Angela Borek (John) of Cincinnati and Melissa Schwegman (Jay) of McKinney, Texas; his grandchildren, Shelby Malott (Ian) of Cincinnati, Izaak, Phoebe, Hope and Annie Schwegman of McKinney, Texas.; his brother Dennis Bottorf (Sue); his siblings-in-law, Marilyn L. Bottorf, Marsha, Donna, Gaylea, Eileen Woodard, Jon, Tony and Tom Woodard; and his friends, Elmer, Carol Bomlitz and Barbara Cox.
