Miller, Carol A. Buxton (Miller) and Debra L. Grubb (Miller); his stepbrothers, David B. Cellar, John Mark Miller and Michael L. Cellar (Mandy); his stepmother Sally E. Miller; and his pet Marley. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
