He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kudrak and Elizabeth Kudrak (Hager). He is survived by: his wife Mary Brewer Kudrak; his son Erik Kudrak (Layne Baisden); and his brothers, John Kudrak (Mary Ann) and Bob Kudrak (Denise).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Imhoff Cemetery.
