He is survived by: his sons, David Cathcart, Jr. and Derrick Cathcart; his siblings, Dan Cathcart (Patty), Lois Cathcart and Tony Cathcart (Kim); and his nieces and nephews, Sean, Devin, Kyle, Caitlyn, Abby and T. C..
