He is survived by: his children, David L. Zickefoose and Laurie Jarrell; his grandchildren, Shelby, Brandon, Melissa, Lisa, Shawn, Travis, Shannon, Shianne, Thomas, Courtney, Robert, Aden, Caden, Shelly, Tambra, Tiffany, Crystal, Samantha, Tessa and Dusty; and his brothers, Melvin Zickefoose and William Candlebarry.
