He was predeceased by: his parents, James Montville and Rosella Francis (Clemons); and his former wife Sharon Kay Blackburn. He is survived by: his stepsons, Shane Huber of Lima and David Huber of North Carolina; his siblings, Priscilla Brown of Alger, Michael Francis (Kathy) of Hodgenville, KY, Beverly Francis (Suzanne Croteau) of Dayton and Kenneth Francis (Mary) of Loogootee, IN; David Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bayliff & Son Funeral Home (311 W Main St, Cridersville, OH 45806). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Lima Veteran's Food Pantry or any veteran's organization.
