He is survived by: his father Larry Smith; his children, Drake Maynard of Mansfield, Shaelynn Walter of Mansfield, Samantha, Teresa Smith of Mansfield and Bryson Smith of Kentucky; his grandson Avrey Maynard of Mansfield; his siblings, Shannon (Jerry) and Jason Smith (Ann) of Mansfield; his stepfather Mike Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Natasha Smith Zoey Smith (Axel Tucker) of Mansfield, Jaclyn Smith of Kentucky, Billy Lightner (Xavier Roselynn Ryker) of Kentucky and Ryan Smith of Kentucky.
