He is survived by: his significant other Julie Chavez; his children, Joie Guardiola of Mansfield, Lexi Chavez of Mansfield and Tana Chavez of Mansfield; and his sibling's children, Troy A. Guardiola of Florida and Alicia Guardiola of Florida.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Werner-Gompf Funeral Services (1106 Park Ave E, Mansfield, OH 44905).
