She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy Kelly and Freda Kelly (Frazier); her husband Nyle; her son Greg Moats; her siblings, Bruce Kelly and Shirley Gerhart; and her grandson Lee Thomas.

She is survived by : her children, Mark Lucas, Kim Thomas (Larry) and Timothy Lucas (Tamey); her grandchildren, Luke Thomas (Beverly), Timothy Lucas (Kristina), Samantha, Rachel Moats and Justin Lucas; and her sister Sandy Cyrus (Kelly). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren.
