With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dolores E Shambre (Mansfield, Ohio), born in Dayton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2024 at the age of 91. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Dolores leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hurley and Velma Gresham Hurley; her husband Robert D. Shambre; her son-in-law Leonard Bursley; and her brother Melvin Hurley.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Frank Shambre; her nephew Eric Snyder (Judy); Mike Shambre (Margaret) of Ashland, OH, Kim Bursley of Fredericktown, OH and Sherri Middleton (Tim) of Greenville, SC. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
