He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Mills and Mary Mills (Schmidt). He is survived by: his children, Douglas Mills and Brittany Payne; and his siblings, Debbie Russell, Terri Mills, Philip Mills and Mark Mills. He is also survived by three grandchildren; nine nieces; and one nephew.
