He is survived by: his partner Shirley Magers; his son Rusty Smith; his stepchildren, Jason Gerhart, Stacy Price, Jennifer Ebeling and Jessica Cyrus; and his siblings, Mary Smith, Butch Smith, Brenda Smith, Joe Smith and Tony Smith.
