He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Owens and Robert Owens; and his daughter Kimberly Owens. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Owens; his siblings, Roberta (Ron), Janet (Joe), Karen (James) and Timothy (Gert); his children, Jeffery (Margaret), Debra (Richard) and James; and his grandchildren, Megan (Zackery), Collin, Jenny (Randy) and Courtney.
