He is survived by: his wife Kay Shook; his daughter Becky; his pet Mabry; his siblings, David Rader, Nancy Dean and Charlene Bard; his brother-in-law David Shook (Linda); his uncle Darrell Rader; and his aunt Dorothy Rader. He is also survived by cousins; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (60 S Mulberry St, Mansfield, OH 44902). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Oak Grove Memorial Park (4108 S. R 42 South Mansfield, OH 44904).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites memorial contributions in honor of Duane and his lifelong dedication to encouraging, mentoring, and supporting young people through 4-H.
