He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Rose and Mary Rose (Webb); his wife Elizabeth Ellen (Burton); his brothers, Robert Rose and Ervin Feagin; his daughter-in-law Shannon Rose; and his grandson Dominic Palmer.
He is survived by: his children, Penny Harriger (Paul), Eddie Rose (Pebble), Joni Retton (Ben Rinehart), Daniel Rose and Katy Palmer (Howard); and his siblings, Kathy Swartz (David), Justin Rose and Crystal Rose. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Werner-Gompf Funeral Services (1106 Park Ave E, Mansfield, OH 44905). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at the Mansfield Cemetery (389 Altamont Ave, Mansfield, OH 44902).
