He is survived by: his father Douglas Chastain; the mother of his children Charity Chastain; his children, Carter, Carson, Deangelo and Nevaeh; his brothers, Todd Chastain and Jeremy Chastain (Melinda Howard); his grandmother Connie Chastain; his mother-in-law Beverly Jane Baker; and his brothers-in-law, Stanley Raymond Baker, Jesse William S. Baker and Garrett A. J. Baker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
