She is survived by: her husband Jason Gentry; her children, Corey, Keeley and Haley Gentry; her parents, Della Jean (Boyce) and William Clifford Sampsel; her siblings, Billie Jean Sampsel Jordan, Andrew Sampsel (Holly) and Christopher Sampsel; her aunt Susan Heslup; and her uncle Edward Sampsel (Cindy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
