He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Osborne and Della Osborne (Moore); his wife Shirley K. Osborne (Hern); and his brother Ivel L. Osborne. He is survived by: his children, Emmett D. Osborne of Tennessee and Betty L. Burton of Tennessee; his sister-in-law Shelby Osborne of Coeburn, Virginia; and his close friends, Selena Detrow and Tally Friend. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
