He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Wincek and Gloria Wincek (McClelland); and his brothers, Alan Wincek and Kenneth Wincek. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Wincek (Murphy); his children, Kevin Ramey (Theresa) and Sabrina Ramey; his grandchildren, Caleb Ramey, LaCameron Fuller, Caiden Fuller, Henry Ramey and Violet Ramey; his siblings, Carrie Murphy (Ron) and Philip Wincek (Sue); and his sister-in-law Marge Wincek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
