He was predeceased by: his father Harry H. Winfrey; and his sister Kimberly Shaw. He is survived by: his mother Carrie V. Winfrey (Hall); his daughter Teri N. Winfrey; and his siblings, Juda Austin, Linda Cope and Harry E. Winfrey.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield (98 S Diamond St, Mansfield, OH 44902). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
