He was predeceased by: his father Paul Duane Noel. He is survived by: his wife Ashley Noel of Mansfield; his mother Marcia Noel Volkmer (Jim Whitesel) of Mansfield; his brother Raymond Daniel Noel (Rita) of Youngstown; and his parents-in-law, Cheryl Boston (Steve) of Maryland and William White of Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and extended family.
