He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Santee and Frances Santee (Botomer); his wife Patricia Barber Santee; and his uncle Lyle Botomer. He is survived by: his son Clayton Santee; his stepdaughter Theora Mills (Gary); and his sister Sherry Reed.
