He is survived by: his wife Chris Parkison (McNeely); his children, Valerie Parkison (Brian Keller) and Chad Parkison (Carrieann); his stepchildren, Tony Cooke (Jenny) and Tiffany Stewart (Brandon); his brother Mike Parkison (Kip Hightshoe); his grandchildren, Travis Parkison, Gage Stewart (Suzanna), Kayley Stewart (Nathan), Sophie Cooke, Gracie Cooke, Brella Stewart and Courtney Crist (Brad); and his close friend Sheila Mowry. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
