He was predeceased by: his brother Scott Donnelly; and his grandparents, Bob and Lucille Knapp. He is survived by: his son Anthony Donnelly; his grandchildren, Nolan, Logan and Rilyn; his parents, Barb McCammon and John McCammon; his daughter Kala Clary; his grandchildren, Freddie and Addison; his sister Kristine Shriver (Sonya Donnelly); his niece Maylin Donnelly; his uncle Gary Knapp (Sheryl); his aunt Karen McPherson; his cousins, Sarrah Muroski (Bryan), Erinn Frazer (Marc) and Neil Donnelly; Mason, Taylor and Aiden.
