He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Baker (Bosch). He is survived by: his father Lyle Baker; his stepmother JoAnn Baker; his stepsiblings, Jeffrey Glazer and Janis Glazer; and his caregiver Billie. He is also survived by family members and friends.
