He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McKinley and Martha Blanche McQuillen (Deviney); his wife Jackie McQuillen; his sons, Gary McQuillen and Jerry McQuillen; his nephew Robert "Butch" McQuillen; his great grandchild Brody Thrush; and his siblings, Earl J. McQuillen, Dorothy Stadler, Eileen Mihalick, Eva Michener, JoAnn Cheney, John M. McQuillen, Edward McQuillen, Leslie McQuillen and Donna McQuillen.
He is survived by: his sisters, Billie Urie and Kay Scodova; his children, Connie Lotfi, Judee Button (Gary), John H. McQuillen (Wendy) and Jeff McQuillen (Traci); his daughter-in-law Patty McQuillen; and his grandchildren, Amy McGuire (Ben), Courtney Lotfi, Chad Dedeaux (Ebby), Chrissy Dedeaux, Michael McQuillen (Jessica), Brittney Pennywitt, Kieyra Thrush (Rodney), Andrew McQuillen (Alyssa), Morgen McQuillen (Alivia), Brian McQuillen and David McQuillen. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
