He is survived by : his wife Marjorie Belcher (Meyer); his children, Larry Belcher of Spain, Daniel Belcher (Christina) of Parma, Randy Belcher of Georgia, Allen Belcher of Butler, Kathy Addington (Phillip) of Mansfield, Joe Belcher (Sherry) of Butler and Neil Belcher (Glenda) of Mifflin; and his step-children, Matthew Belcher (Chelsea) and Thomas W. Belcher. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
