He was predeceased by : his wife Janice Carsey; his parents, Emmitt Carsey and Katherine Carsey; and his siblings, Dick Carsey, Fred Carsey, Jane Murphy, Kathy Meadows and Carol Carsey.
He is survived by : his children, Jim Carsey, Don Zinn and Debra Zinn; his granddaughter Vickie; and his siblings, Jesse Carsey (Karen), Nancy Fry (Arnold), Evelyn Carsey, Joyce Hoffman, Patricia Burton, Sharon McPeak (Dave) and Sandy Carsey. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
