He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lichtenwalter; his children, Cindi LeMaster, Kim Lichtenwalter (Brad May), Lynn Donnan (Craig) and Jerry Lichtenwalter (Heather); his grandchildren, Jordan Yates, Lauren Fithian (Zak), Krista Shockley (Jacob), Kristen Sumner (Craig), Megan McGovern (Grant), Payton Donnan (Brett), Terra Bittner (Jordan) and Aaron LeMaster; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Kinley, Cooper, Ellis, Emma, Addie, Kennedy, Cole and Carter.
