She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Magee (Ferguson) and Morris Magee; her husband Charles W. Elkins; her daughter Kathy Ross; her sister Pat Adkins; and her son-in-law Steve Riggenbach.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Riggenbach and Kevin Elkins (Debby); her granddaughters, Kristen Ross (Ryan), Amanda Secrist (Jason), Emily Elkins and Katie Elkins; her great grandchildren, Gregory, Lily, Grant, Madison, Brody, Kollin, Nico and Ella; her brothers, Jerry Magee and Luther Magee (June); and her son-in-law Glen Ross. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
