He is survived by: his fiancée Lori Holland; his daughters, Dallas Day, Yohanna and Jazmin; his parents, Mary Leslie (Richard) and Kevin Gray (Diane); and his siblings, Jeff Gray (Lori), Michael Leslie (Lynda), Steve Triplett (Jennifer), Amanda Brake (Adan) and Bridget Triplett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews in addition to a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
