It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jennie Eklund (Mansfield, Ohio), born in Pana, Illinois, who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Askins and Floyd Askins. She is survived by : her children, Carol Jean Ross of Tucson, AZ and Gary Clawson of Ravenna. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Jennie had been a member of the RSVP volunteer organization and had volunteered at Malabar Farm, Gorman Nature Center, Richland County Children Services and the Ohio Bird Sanctuary.
