She was predeceased by: her father Richard Yoxtheimer. She is survived by: her children, Alex Dailey (Amber) and Cassandra Dailey (Juan Gil); her significant other Alan Dailey; her greatest joys, Charlee Rose, Tillie Belle and Adonis Alan; and her siblings, Sonya Baker (Ron), Richie Yoxtheimer (Maureen), Dave Yoxtheimer (Gwyn) and Vicki Yoxtheimer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends that loved her as their own family.

Also, in lieu of donations or flowers, the family asks that you do what Jerilyn would have wanted you to do- an act of true kindness.
