He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Pendleton and Vickie Pendleton; his son Alex Taylor Kalis Pendleton; his close friend Nikki Hyde Barnes; his friends, Mark Gombosch, Scott Kime, Mark Winkleman, Ryan Echelberger and Rick Metcalf; Danny Zetwo. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to S.T.O.P, 1152 Lexington Ave, Mansfield, OH 44907.
