He is survived by: his wife Tracy Smith; his siblings, Samuel Smith (Rebecca), Gale and Patsy Smith; his children, Jerry Stuff, Scott Medina, Kristie Medina, Dawn Smith and Ashlie Smith; his stepchildren, Tiffany and Britney Borr; and his grandchildren, Shelby, Jacalyn, Ryan Stuff, Miranda, Kristen, Melissa, Ashley, Kaylee Smith, Hannah, Austin, Alec, Christopher, Elliot, Carter Medina, Tristin, Trinity, Jack, David Smith, Jaxson Baker, Landon Jessop, Lavell Williams, Marcello Montgomery, Savannah, Lamar, Brooklyn Ruth and Carson Borr. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
