He is survived by: his wife Sandra Carroll; his children, Randi-Jo Withrow (David), Jimmy Carroll, Jr., Thomas Tackett, Michael Carroll (Laura), James Aaron Carroll (Sheryl) and Jeffrey Carroll (Tara); his half-sister Junie Williams; his aunt Betty McCallahan; his siblings-in-law, Linda Counts, Richard Counts and Glenn Lawson; and his pet Miss Bella. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
