He is survived by: his son Michael Hristovski (Sara); his grandchildren, Ava and Jace Hristovski; his significant other Linda Armstrong; his siblings, George Hristovski (Rosy) of Sacramento, CA, Cveta Workman (Cecil) of Mansfield and Angelina Spargo of Findlay; his sister-in-law Kriste Hristovski; his nieces and nephews, Mila Hristovski, Matthew, Kyle, Nathan Workman, Alley, Ryan Spargo, Kelly Hristovski, Joe Hristovski (Melissa) and Bridget Stalvey; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Natalie, Nick, Ben, Taylor, Christian and Isaiah; his cousins, Donna Calderhead, Jenah and Aaron of Mansfield; Khylan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
