Hawk of Indiana; his stepgrandson J. T. Teel of Kentucky; his great grandchild Ellie Quinn; his sisters, Dora Gearhart of Mansfield, Mayme Inman of Mansfield, Carol Sue Pyers (Mick) of Mansfield and Joyce Hawk of Mansfield; and his pet Shaggy.
