He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Ernie" McGinty and Leah "Jean" McGinty (Turner); and his former wife Elizabeth McGinty. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Nemeth; his sons, Stephen McGinty (Penny) and Eddie McGinty (Sandy); his grandchildren, Zoey, Daisie McGinty, Logan, Trenton, Gavin Annett, Blake and Daylan McGinty; his great grandchildren, Elena, Brantley, Levi, Axton, Harlynn Annett and Adalyda McGinty; his sister Carol (Chuck); and his sister-in-law Dreama Risner-Mabry.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario (100 Lexington Springmill Rd S, Ontario, OH 44906). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
