He is survived by: his father Roy Stephens; his wife Terri Stephens (Shepherd); his daughters, Sabrina Stephens and Breanna Stephens (Alex Murphy); his grandchildren, Zayvion Jonathan Stephens and Rowan Murphy; his brother Heath Stephens (Nikki); his mother-in-law Cheryl Warner; and his close friend Harold Blanton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
