He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Jean Tomsic (Bridges); and his parents, Mary Tomsic (Walker) and Joseph Tomsic. He is survived by: his children, Joy, Ryan Dials of Mansfield, Christopher and Dawn Tomsic of Weaverville; and his grandchildren, Trevor Dials, Megan Dials, Izaac Tomsic and Linkyn Tomsic. He is also survived by his friends and family.

In lieu of flowers for the funeral, Joe would appreciate that money be donated to the Humane Society of Richland County.
