It is with sadness that the passing of Joyce Stansberry of Mansfield, Ohio is shared. Joyce, born on April 10, 1946, passed away on September 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Massey and Anna Massey (Rice); her son Kevin Ward; and her siblings, Jerry Massey (Donna) and Julia Bauer (Ken).
She is survived by: her husband Gary Stansberry; her son Keith Ward (Dawn); her grandchildren, Karlee Ward (Levi Nally), Karen Noland (Kurt), Breanna Crawford, Joni Ward, Kasey Himes (Jeremy) and Kayla Ward; her great grandchildren, Kamden Himes and Ryleigh Swartz; her sister Janet Amsbaugh (Art); and her close friend Landon Simpson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mansfield Baptist Temple (752 N Stewart Rd, Mansfield, OH 44905). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Mansfield Cemetery (389 Altamont Ave, Mansfield, OH 44902).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mansfield Baptist Temple Missions Fund in memory of Joyce Stansberry, c/o Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, Ltd., 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, OH 44905.
