He was predeceased by: his father John Kiser; his grandparents, James, Delores Webb, Hubert and Mildred Kiser; his uncle Mick Arnett; and his cousin Jarod.

He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Kiser (Webb); his daughters, Jazmin Kiser and Jayden Kiser; his siblings, Jeremy Kiser (Kera) of Katy, TX and Chelsea Kiser (Robin Schroeder) of Austin, TX; his nieces and nephews, Jena Kiser, Brendan Kiser and Gracie Kiser; his aunts, Patty Arnett of Mansfield, Denise Cannell of Columbus and Donna Kiser of Mansfield; and his cousins, Chandra, Jamie, Andrew, Kalie and Seth.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in care of Cheryl Kiser, for Justin's daughters.
