He is survived by: his wife Tammy Fryman (Crawford); his daughter Abby Fryman; his stepson Randy Crawford; his sister Kristi Green (Rob); his niece Jordanne Green; his nephews, Lucas Green (Rachel) and Levi Green (Sarah Stroup); his brother-in-law Dave Crawford; and his close friend Roy Cyrus.
