She was predeceased by : her mother Tresa Fulton; and her grandparents, Phyllis J. Carter Fort (Young), Arnold Carter and Thomas Fulton Sr.. She is survived by : her father Scott Carter (Melissa); her son Gavin Adkins; her grandmother Shirley Fulton; her sisters, Kristy Carter of Copley and Angelia Stantz (Travis) of Mansfield; and her nephews, Leo Stantz and Luke Stantz. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Richland County Humane Society.
